1. Eligibility

The rewards program is open to all registered MetBonus members who are of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction.


2. Earning Points

Members can earn points by making deposits into their account and turnover from betting on their favorite games on participating casinos through our affiliate link. The number of points earned is determined by the amount of money deposited or turnover, as specified in the rewards program rules.


3. Affiliate Link

Members must register and play through our affiliate link on participating casinos in order to be eligible for reward points. If a member does not use our affiliate link to register and play on a participating casino, they will not be eligible to earn reward points for their activity on that casino.


4. Points Update

Points will be updated within 48 hours after the end of each calendar day. The points earned will be reflected in the member’s account under “My Points” section. The points update process may be subject to technical issues, and the company reserves the right to withhold or delay points updates if necessary. Members are responsible for checking their points balance regularly and reporting any discrepancies to the company within seven (7) days of the discrepancy. Points cannot be transferred to another member’s account or redeemed for cash. The company reserves the right to adjust points earned or revoke points if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of the terms and conditions of the rewards program. Members who violate the terms and conditions of the rewards program may have their membership revoked and forfeit any points earned.


5. Cash Voucher Redemption

  1. The value of the voucher will be in USD and will be converted to the local currency (e.g., MYR for Malaysia, SGD for Singapore) based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of redemption.
  2. The exact voucher value in respective countries may differ from the original voucher value in USD due to fluctuations in exchange rates. The converted value will be based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of redemption and may result in a slightly different amount in the local currency.
  3. MetBonus is not responsible for any difference in voucher value due to exchange rate fluctuations.
  4. The conversion rate used will be based on the exchange rate provided by our payment processor at the time of redemption.
  5. Cash Voucher Delivery: Cash vouchers will be credited directly to the member’s preferred online casino account within 3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays, from the date of redemption request submission.
  6. Turnover Requirement: Cash vouchers redeemed will come with a turnover requirement. The member must meet the specified turnover requirement by wagering the voucher amount a certain number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn.
  7. Wagering Restrictions: The use of cash vouchers may be subject to specific wagering restrictions, such as eligible games or bet types. Members should review the cash voucher program for any additional wagering terms and conditions.

6. Luxury Gifts Redemption

Availability: The luxury gifts offered as rewards are subject to availability. While we strive to provide a wide range of luxury gifts, please note that availability may vary based on factors such as demand and supplier availability.

Eligibility: To be eligible for the luxury gifts, members must meet the specified points accumulation threshold as outlined in the rewards program. Only members who have accumulated the required points will be eligible to claim the luxury gifts.

Limited Quantities: Due to the exclusive nature of the luxury gifts, there may be limited quantities available. Once the allocated quantity of a particular luxury gift is exhausted, it may no longer be available for redemption. We recommend members to regularly check the availability of luxury gifts on our platform.

Redeeming Luxury Gifts: Members can redeem the luxury gifts by accessing their rewards account and selecting the desired gift. Redemption may require the submission of additional information, such as shipping details, to facilitate the delivery of the luxury gift.

Substitution: In the event that a specific luxury gift becomes unavailable or out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute it with a comparable gift of equal or greater value. The substitution will be at our discretion, and we will make reasonable efforts to ensure the replacement gift aligns with the original offering.

Non-Transferability: Luxury gifts are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other alternative form of compensation unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping and Delivery: Luxury gifts will be shipped and delivered to the member’s designated address within 7 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays, from the date of redemption request submission. MetBonus will arrange for the shipping and delivery of luxury gifts.


7. Point Expiry

  • Rewards points earned through the MetBonus rewards program will expire if they are not redeemed within six (6) months from the date they were earned.
  • Members must ensure that at least 70% of the rewards points earned during a given period are used before they expire.
  • Failure to redeem points before the 6-month deadline will result in the expiration of 30% of the points earned during that period.
  • Members will receive an email notification 7 days before the expiration date. The email will inform members of the number of reward points that are set to expire and the date on which they will expire. This will give members an opportunity to use their reward points before they expire, and make sure that members get the full benefit of the rewards program.
  • Expired rewards points cannot be reinstated or redeemed, and they will be removed from the member’s account without any further notice.
  • It’s important to note that the email notification is a courtesy service provided by MetBonus, members are solely responsible for monitoring their rewards points balance and ensuring that their points are redeemed before they expire.
  • The program reserves the right to modify or terminate the rewards points expiration policy at any time, with or without notice.
  • The program is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of rewards points expiring, including but not limited to loss of discounts, benefits, or rewards.

8. Verification

MetBonus reserves the right to verify the identity of members and their eligibility to participate in the reward points system. Members must provide accurate and truthful information as required.


9. Changes and Updates

MetBonus reserves the right to modify or cancel the rewards program, including the rules, rewards, and point values, at any time without prior notice.


10. Responsibility

Members are responsible for ensuring that they use our affiliate link when registering and playing on participating casinos. MetBonus is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the points awarded or redeemed due to a member’s failure to use our affiliate link.


11. Disputes

Any disputes related to the reward points system will be resolved at the sole discretion of MetBonus.


12. Liability

MetBonus is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the reward points system, including the availability or quality of rewards, any errors or interruptions in the system, or any other issues beyond the control of the MetBonus.
